Get ready for the launch of Nokia’s upcoming 5G smartphone in India

Nokia is prepared to add a new, as-yet-unknown smartphone to its roster of 5G devices. On September 2, the business unveiled a teaser video teasing the arrival of a new Nokia 5G phone in India via X (formerly known as Twitter). It’s predicted that the forthcoming smartphone will make its debut in the mid-range market. The corporation hasn’t yet disclosed the smartphone’s name or any other information, though. The Nokia G310 5G and Nokia C210 were just released by the firm in the US.

A teaser video from Nokia India announcing the release of a new 5G smartphone in India has been posted. The unknown smartphone is scheduled to go on sale on September 6. The teaser video shows off the future smartphone’s curved corners despite the lack of information about it. The corporation has not yet made any more announcements. Additionally, there have been no leaks or rumors concerning the device.

The Nokia G310 5G and Nokia C210 were introduced by Nokia last month in the US. The former comes equipped with a Snapdragon 480+ 5G SoC and 4GB of RAM and runs Android 13 out of the box. The 6.56-inch HD+ (720 x 1,612 pixels) display on the Nokia G310 5G has a 20:9 aspect ratio and a refresh rate of 90 Hz.

It has three back cameras, the main one of which is a 50-megapixel primary sensor with autofocus. Two 2-megapixel depth and macro sensors are mounted alongside it. The front of the phone has an 8-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls. A 5,000mAh battery that supports 20W rapid charging powers the device. The phone has an IP52 rating for splash and dust resistance.

Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/AGPS, USB OTG, a micro-USB port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack are among the available connectivity choices. The company’s “QuickFix” technology is also included with the Nokia G310 5G for quick self-repairs.
