Kent was born and raised in Essex, and he graduated from Italia Conti in 2007. He made his debut in the entertainment industry with a significant role in a horror film released in 2008. His acting career continued to flourish, and he had the opportunity to be a part of the award-winning television series Game of Thrones. In the show, he portrayed a goatherd in Slavers Bay.
Kent’s most recent on-screen appearance was in the 2023 movie Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, where he played a reanimated corpse. He had an impressive list of film credits, including Snow White and the Huntsman, Marshal’s Law, Bloody Cuts, The Frankenstein Chronicles, Blood Drive, and Birds Sorrow.
In addition to his acting pursuits, Kent also excelled as a writer and director. He directed the short film You Know Me, which was released in 2021 and received recognition with a January Award.
Kent faced personal challenges, including osteoporosis, arthritis, and a rare skin condition that mirrored the character he played in the movie Sunny Kid. Despite these struggles, he showcased his exceptional acting skills and received the Van D’or Award for outstanding actor in 2012.
