X Launches Two New Subscription Plans, One Ad-Free, One Ad-Supported

Elon Musk announced the launch of two new subscription plans for X: a premium ad-free plan called Premium+, and a basic ad-supported plan called Basic.

The Premium+ plan costs ₹1300 per month, and offers users a completely ad-free experience. The Basic plan costs ₹243.75 per month, and includes a limited number of ads. Both plans are currently only available on the X website.

In addition to the new plans, X is also offering its existing premium subscription plan, which costs ₹650 per month and includes fewer ads than the Basic plan.

Users with Premium or Premium+ accounts will receive a checkmark next to their names on X. Users with Basic accounts will not receive a checkmark, but will still be able to use many of the platform’s features.

Only users with Premium+ plans will be able to avoid ads altogether. Users with premium plans will see fewer ads, while users with Basic plans will see the most ads.

X’s new subscription plans offer users more choice and flexibility. Users who want an ad-free experience can subscribe to Premium+, while users who are on a budget can subscribe to Basic. X’s existing premium plan is also still available for users who want a balance of affordability and ad-free viewing.
