Prebiotics can be found in foods like whole grains, bananas, greens, onions, garlic, soybeans, and artichokes. Together, probiotics and prebiotics work to maintain a healthy gut balance, which is essential for overall health and can help reduce the risk of hair loss.

It’s also important to limit the intake of processed foods and sugary snacks, as these can disrupt the gut microbiota. By focusing on gut health through a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, you can support your body’s ability to absorb nutrients and manage inflammation, which may help prevent or reduce hair loss.
