Haridwar (News Trust of India): In the spiritual city of Haridwar, the clarion cry for the Lok Sabha elections of 2024 has resounded. While the Congress is yet to declare its challenger, the Bharatiya Janata Party has placed its faith in the former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Trivendra Singh Rawat. Rawat, leaving no stone unturned, diligently attempts to clinch the Haridwar seat for the BJP. His initial quest took him to the famed saints of Haridwar, where he sought their blessings and ardently prayed for triumph, visiting every sacred location in the city.
In a historic meeting, Ex CM Trivendra Rawat assembled with the saints of Haridwar, securing their support as the BJP contender for the Haridwar Lok Sabha constituency. Notably, Shri Mahant Ravindra Puri, President of Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad, announced open support for Rawat, emphasizing his stint as Chief Minister and his efforts during the Kumbh festival. Puri complimented the endeavors of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, particularly their measures benefiting Sanatan. He highlighted that to move India towards prosperity, re-electing Narendra Modi for a third term is necessary.
The saints poured their blessings onto Trivendra Rawat, expressing unflinching confidence in his victory. Secretary of Niranjani Akhara, Shri Mahant Ramratan Giri, emphasized that Rawat’s established friendship with the saints guaranteed their full support for his campaign. Sant Darshan Bharti shared similar thoughts, affirming that individuals loyal to Sanatan values will always experience the blessings of the saints.
